Kabayan! May BDO Rewards Card ka na ba?
Good news to all BDO Kabayan Savings account holders!
Starting September 28, 2010, you can already get FREE shopping points from your remittances, deposits and other qualified bank transactions!
All you need to do is to REQUEST for your BDO Rewards card to start earning points.
How can I qualify?
Perform any of the following transactions If you have a BDO Kabayan Savings Account
If you have a BDO Kabayan Savings Account just perform any of the following transactions:
a. Credit to Account remittance transaction* of at least P5,000 or US$100 credited to your BDO Kabayan Savings Account.
* Transactions coming from any BDO Remit Offices and accredited remittance partners only.
b. Minimum month to date average daily balance (MTD – ADB) of P50,000 or US$1,000 in your BDO Kabayan Savings Account
c. P500 minimum bills payment transaction using any BDO Eelectronic bills payment channel (i.e. ATM, phone,internet, mobile internet)
d. P500 minimum bills payment transaction using any BDO Eelectronic bills payment channel (i.e. ATM, phone,internet, mobile internet)
e. Home loan of at least P1,500,000 or auto loan of at least P500,000
f. Trust account of at least P500,000 (Peso Trust account) or US$10,000 (Dollar; Trust account)
How will I request for my BDO Rewards Card?
Step 1 :
Secure and FILL-OUT the BDO Rewards Customer Information Update Form(CIUF).
Make sure all required fields in the CIUF are completely filed – out especially your preferred mailing address and signature.
CIUF is available in all BDO Branches and BDO Remit Offices abroad.
Step 2 : SUBMIT CIUF to your branch of account or to any BDO Remit office abroad.
BDO officer will then initiate card request.
How will I get my Card?
The Card will be delivered to the preferred address
BDO Rewards Card will be delivered to your preferred mailing address indicated in the CIUF, within 4-8 weeks from the time you were enrolled in the program.
