Basic Salary Requirement: Minimum of Php 30,000 Requirements 1. Valid PH Passport of Seafarer 2. Valid Seaman's Book 3. Proof of Billing under the name of the Seafarer* 4. POEA-Validated Contract 5. OEC 6. E- Reg / Seafarer's Registration Cert (SRC) 7. Sea Service Record / Latest Embarkation and Disembarkation 8. Allotment Certificate 9. Ticket / Flight Details (If applicable) 10. 2 Valid IDs of Co-Borrower 11.
