2. The Registrar of the Higher Education Institution will certify to the authenticity of the documents using the prescribed Endorsement Form and will forward the same to the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office where the university or college of the applicant was located in the jurisdiction of the CHEDRO.
3. Applicant may opt to pay his/her processing fee on the authentication service to the Office of the Registrar or School Liaison Officer to the CHEDRO cashier. To get exact details on this processing fee procedure, ask the school registrar about the standard fees impose by the CHEDRO cashier.
4. The CHEDRO processes the application for CAV and releases the Certificate to the Registrar or School Liaison Officer within five working days after receiving the application
5. The Registrar releases the CAV to the applicant.

I need help. I processed the CAV thru my school and when I claimed it, “Document enclosed unofficial if sealed envelope is opened” is on it. However, in making online apostille appointment, the document to be apostilled should be uploaded. I did not open yet the envelope and did not schedule an apostille appointment yet. Ano po other options para po makakuha ng TOR or at least unofficial copy po sana since yun ang requirement for employment. Pwede bang mag process byself sa pagkuha ng TOR at DIPLOMA sa main mismo na ched (MANILA). Ang paaralan ko po sa Heneral Santos City ang nagsira noong pandemya at wala na kami malapitan maliban sa Director namin na email email lang. Mabagal ang pag proceseso sa among mga request na gagamitin sa trabaho.
Matapos ng aking ginawang pag babasa dito pwede po bang gawa kami ng Request Letter CAV Request letter at ibang supporting document na nag ppatunay kami ang naka graduate sa paaralan na amin pinagaralan.
Pwede ba namin ipakita yun sa CHEC (Manila) at yung ang gamitin namin mag process.
