Applying for Medical Assistance from the Office of the Vice President Sara Duterte is now possible through different accessible platforms.
If you are in need of medical assistance and you live outside Metro Manila, you may be eligible for the program offered by the Office of the Vice President (OVP) through its satellite offices. The OVP satellite offices were launched on July 1, 2022, when Vice President Sara Duterte started her term. The aim of this program is to help people access social services from the OVP more easily and efficiently.
The OVP satellite offices offer medical assistance which can be availed through identified partner hospitals or direct walk-in applications. The medical assistance covers hospital bills, medicines, laboratory tests and other medical expenses. The amount of assistance depends on the availability of funds and the assessment of each case.
To apply for medical assistance from the OVP satellite offices, you need to follow these steps:

- Submit the completed application form and other requirements via walk-in to any of these satellite offices:
- Dagupan Satellite Office: 3rd Floor CSI Mall Lucao District Dagupan City Pangasinan
- Cebu Satellite Office: Escario Central Camputhaw Cebu City
- Tacloban Satellite Office: Leyte Park Hotel Magsaysay Boulevard Tacloban City
- Zamboanga Satellite Office: Garden Orchid Hotel Gov. Camins Avenue Zamboanga City
- Davao Satellite Office: Davao Convention Center F. Torres Street Davao City
- Tandag Satellite Office: Surigao del Sur Provincial Capitol Tandag City
- Wait for the processing of your application which may take up to 15 working days.
- The processor or staff will inform you of the date of issuance of assistance that will be provided personally or via email.

- Valid ID of patient and representative (if any)
- Medical abstract or certificate signed by attending physician
- Hospital bill or statement of account
- Official receipt or proof of payment (if any)
- Barangay certificate or indigency certificate (if applicable)
