OWWA – OASIS Program is an initiative provided by the Philippine government to provide welfare services to all Filipino professionals and skilled workers who are working outside the country and who have a plan to go home especially during this challenging time where movement is being tight and needs to be monitored. This program is to lighten all OFWs’ burden in preparation for their travel documents before living their country of origin.
OWWA OASIS program is an online platform solely designed for returning OFWs who need to facilitate on their travel preparation as it is a service delivery to all OFWs – professionals and skilled workers.
OFWs are encouraged to register in OWWA
Overseas Filipino Workers are encouraged to register in OWWA – OASIS program so that necessary information to DOLE, POEA, OWWA, and POLO will enable government agencies to respond OFWs’ concerns and provide appropriate services in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, such as testing, quarantine, and transportation.

- Accomplish the OASIS form either online or manually to guide DOLE/OWWA/POEA in assessing your specific
concerns.
- Online filling out and submission of the OASIS form will facilitate faster action on the part of DOLE/OWWA/POEA to respond to your concerns and provide assistance. To accomplish the online version, type on browser: http://oasis.owwa.gov.ph.
- In case it is not possible to accomplish the OASIS form online, write on this printed form legibly. Check the box (🗹) of appropriate answer. Submit manually accomplished form to authorized DOLE/POLO/OWWA/POEA staff.

i was repatriated last july 24,2020 and was quarantined for almost 25 days because i became positive in covid test i cant come back to work easily due to this im not able to tocess my papers and docu.ents immeditely thats why icant go back to work u til now i was stil here…

kung ako po ay isang OFW na nawalan ng trabaho sa panahon ng pandemia (2020) at hindi po ako makabayad ng kontribusyon sa owwa, dhil kinakailangan ang contratto ng trabaho, mga resibo sa pagbabayad ng buwis, Wala po ako ng mga ito. halimbawa na umuwi kami ng aking anak na 17yrs old ngaun buwan ng june wala po ba kaming benipisyo or hindi po ba kami makakasama sa libreng swabtest at hotel facilities quarantene pag uwi ng pilipinas?
