    good morning sir/ma’am i would like to ask why the dole akap assistance of wilfredo f. ramos a seabase ofw is not yet received a cash assistance from your office which applied sometime in september 2020 while the other ofw was already received pls be inform thank you very much for your kind consideration.

    Please kindly advise regarding BOQ- Allowed and DOT-Accredited Quarantine Facilities for a person returning to the Philippines.

    For booking these facilities, is it necessary for a person himself to make booking?
    Or, is it possible for the third party to make booking for himself?

    Dear OWWA official,
    After the changes arise in quarantine rules, here we are getting few concerns:
    We are staying in such very low standard hotel Astrotel in Guadalupe (very distressful place) the wifi is not working at all. Facility is really bad. Though the OWWA Officer in charge is good.
    Secondly, talking about vaccination to be certified by POLO there is no clear instruction about it, in Abu Dhabi POLO (no clear guidance) seam there is a mis-communication and mis-guidance about this… steps are ..we have to go to Marina mall Ministry of Health to get certified and then to POLO which will take another say (3) working days, without knowing this process in advance.
    Now we ending up of disapproved vaccine eventhough we do have (4) jabs which (2) sinopharm and (2) phfizer
